Mina Kim
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mina Kim serves as Capsida’s interim Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors. She has more than 20 years of operational and leadership experience.
Ms. Kim previously served as Acelyrin’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. Prior to that, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Zymergen, Inc., where she led the company’s corporate strategy and business development teams and built its legal team. At Acelyrin and Zymergen, Ms. Kim played a pivotal role in overseeing the companies’ initial public offerings. Prior to Zymergen, Ms. Kim served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and General Counsel at Atara Biotherapeutics. Before Atara, Ms. Kim held roles of General Counsel at Sunrun, Vice President, Legal at BBAM, LLC, General Counsel of Fly Leasing, and Assistant General Counsel at Williams-Sonoma.
Ms. Kim holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
